At EYEKONIK, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our garments. Each piece is made with intention, detail, and care — designed to leave a lasting impression. Due to the nature of our exclusive drops and limited production runs, we kindly ask that you review the following policy prior to your purchase.


All Sales Are Final
Due to limited inventory and high demand, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.


Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Unused item in original packaging

Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement if stock is available. If not, store credit will be provided.

Lost or Stolen Packages
All EYEKONIK orders are shipped via insured priority shipping. Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays, theft, or damage caused by the carrier.
In the rare event of a lost or stolen shipment, please file a claim directly with the shipping provider.


Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
To maintain a safe shopping environment and prevent abuse, we dispute all chargebacks and report fraudulent activity.
